My chat with professional horse racing tipster Andrew Lowrie, the man behind Optimum Racing, who has been successfully tipping winners for clients since 1999.

In this interview, Andrew reveals how he built a long-standing reputation in the world of horse racing betting. He explains why he specialises in National Hunt chase races, yet still takes on the challenge of the big flat handicaps. Andrew shares his insights into:

- How a strong judge of form can transfer skills across all codes of racing
- Why sectional timings are crucial to identifying winners
- His passion for racing that extends to his three sons, two of whom now work for DragonBet
- His experiences as a racehorse owner
- And a valuable tip for punters who want to improve their own betting strategies

My blogs are sponsored by very different independent bookmakers via their affiliate program where I do get a kickback. If you are fed up with the impersonal feel you get from the corporate bookmakers, or have been restricted by them, here are three to consider, bookmakers with free bet offers, bookmaker bonuses, and will let you bet bigger for longer.

BetGoodwin, BOG and bad luck bonuses a speciality with a very generous sign-up offer at the end of the link below.

DragonBet are an independent family firm, born from the betting ring with an expanding portfolio of pitches across the country and Andrew's boys work for them! Their aim is to carry over the timeless and old fashioned values of betting on-course into the on-line world. With a healthy appetite for risk and an ethos of putting customer service at the forefront of their operation I'd recommend give them a spin and taking them on.
