Welcome to my website.

My name is Simon Nott and I am a freelance writer, unusually I specialise in music and horseracing, the former generally of the alternative variety and latterly where I specialise in trying to bring the colour of the betting ring to the page and described what has happened as opposed to what might, I’m not a tipster, but do know some good ones.

My site has been split in two, one area for music and one for horseracing, but feel free to have a look at either, even if you are more likely to be at the races this week than at a punk rock gig and of course the other way around. If by any chance you are of similar ilk to me and love both, then it’s your lucky day, welcome to my world!

My blog will be a combination of the two, Racing & Rock N Roll, a mixture that is an unlikely one but for me goes so well.
